Betty Perry, 64 of Moultrie passed away Saturday, April 9, 2011 at South Georgia Medical Center after a lengthy illness.
Mrs. Perry was born December 18, 1946 to the late B. C. & Era Hazel Hargraves Castleberry.
She was a homemaker & attended Church of God Prophecy in Moultrie.
Survivors include her husband, Arthur James Perry of Moultrie; two sons & daughters in law, Audie James & Angela Perry, Sr. of Ellenton, and Ardie Perry & Amanda Rose Harris of Norman Park; one daughter, Audrey Huffman of Moultrie; one brother, Willie Castleberry of Moultrie; six grandchildren, Thomas Huffman & Ashley Lawson, Candice & Chris Carter, Audie James & Jennifer Perry, Jr., Brittany Perry, Emma Harris, and Gracie Harris.
Mrs. Perry was preceded in death by one brother, J. D. Castleberry; one sister, Margaret Folsom; and one granddaughter, Michelle Perry.
A memorial service will be held Thursday at 3:00 p.m. at Purvis Funeral Home with Bishop Wilburn Shaffer, Sr. officiating.
The family will be receiving friends one hour prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers a donation may be made to the family.
