She was born July 8, 1924, in Hazelton Township, Kittson County, the daughter of Axel and Carrie (Ristad) Anderson. She was baptized at Bronson in Kittson County, and confirmed at the Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Thompson Township of Kittson County. She attended Lake Bronson public school, and Kittson County rural schools.
On Aug. 29, 1942, she married Gordon Edward Lindstrom at the Teien Lutheran Church in Kennedy. Lillian was an active member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Fergus Falls, and of the Fergus Falls Y's Folk.
Preceding her in death were her husband, Gordon; her sisters, Lyla and Grace; her brother, Ferdie; and her parents.
Survivors include her children, Lois of St. Cloud, Kevin (Heidi) of Brooklyn Park, and Kari of Forest Lake; her grandsons, Thomas and Tyler of Brooklyn Park; her sister, Marion (Howard) Blehm of Bemidji; and two brothers, Robert (Marge) Anderson of Warroad and Vernon (Delores) Anderson of Minneapolis.
Visitation: Monday from 1 to 3 p.m., with a prayer service at 2 p.m., at the funeral home
