Funeral services for Alice Mae Beard, 89, Fairfield, Ohio, were Wednesday, June 15, 2005, at Fitch-Denney Funeral Home, Greendale. Graveside services were in the Spring Creek Cemetery, Paducah, Ky. Fitch-Denney Funeral Home, was in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Beard died Sunday, June 12 in Community Multicare Center. She worked as a custodian, seamstress and made crafts at the 4-H Fairgrounds. She was a member of the St. Leon Church of Christ.
She is survived by three sons, Larry Beard, Lawrenceburg, Willie Beard, Deland, Fla., and Robert Beard, Lapel, Ind.; two daughters, Sharon Hoppes, Muncie, Teresa Pressley, Germantown, Ohio; 12 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Parkinson Association.
