George Winecoff was a son of Michael Winecoff and his wife Margaret Goodnight. He was twice married, first to Mary Loretta Cress (1825-1874), in 1845, and second to Esther Elizabeth Beaty, widow Misenheimer (1834-1903), in 1876.*
George and Mary had at least seven children: Green Lee Winecoff (1846-1922, m. Sarah E. Fink), Henry Michael Winecoff (1847-1925, m. Julia H. E. Wilkinson), Laura A. Winecoff (1850-1931, m. Elias Misenheimer), Mary Elizabeth Winecoff (1852-1954, m. George W. Linker), John C. Winecoff (1855-1890), Catherine Jane Winecoff (1858-1930, m. James C. Fink) and George William Winecoff (1864-?).
I am not certain that George is buried in this cemetery, but assume he is since both his wives are buried here.
