Olen Clarida, Dies
Samuel Clarida, 80, resident of
the village of Pittsburg, died in the
Doctors Hospital at Carbondale at
3:30 this morning.
He is the father of the Rev. Olen
Clarida, who is pastor of the Bap-
tist church of Ledford.
After 6 p. m. today his body will
lie in state at the Mitchell funeral
home in Marion. The funeral will be
Sunday at 2 p. m. at the Pleas-
ant Grove Methodist church, north
of Crab Orchard. The Rev. Frankie
Pearce and the Rev. Frank Proc-
tor will officiate, and burial will be
in the church cemetery.
