Mrs. Margaret Decker, 85, one of the oldest and best-known German residents of Richmond, died at her home, 29 South Second street, of old age at 8:45 o'clock Thursday evening. She leaves three daughters and three sons. She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran church and had been a widow for the past forty years. Funeral arrangements will be announced later. Friends may call any time Saturday afternoon, evening and Sunday.
