RINCON -- J.O. "Ottis" Rahn, 81, died April 22 at Effingham Extended Care Facility. He was a native of Effingham County and a member of Oak Grove Church of Christ. He was a retired farmer and a retired school bus driver. He was owner of J.O. Rahn's Produce and Syrup. SURVIVORS: his wife, Annie Blanche Rahn of Rincon; two daughters, Marsha Latrelle Sayers of Rincon and Beverly Butler of Savannah; four sons, Charles B. Rahn of Port Wentworth, James Marion Rahn of Rincon, William J. Rahn of Rincon and Ronald O. Rahn of Guyton; a brother, Lamar Rahn of Rincon; 14 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews. VISITATION: 6-9 p.m. today at Thomas C. Strickland Funeral Home, Effingham Chapel. FUNERAL: 2 p.m. Saturday at Thomas C. Strickland Funeral Home, Effingham Chapel, burial in Effingham Memorial Gardens. REMEMBRANCES: Hospice Savannah, P.O. Box 13190, Savannah, GA 31416.
