James Elizah Minton was the son of Larkin Minton and Martha Ford. He married Delia and bore 3 children (Lorin, Pearl and Charles). After living in Oklahoma for a brief period, James moved with the family to San Diego, CA. Delia passed on in 1947. In later years, he lived close by his sister, Mary Ellen (we called her Aunt Molly). Mary Ellen never married. After suffering a bout with Gangrene, James passed on in May, 1963. A very good man...
