Funeral services were held at the home Tuesday conducted by Rev. G.O. Stutsman and burial made in the Burr Oak cemetery.
The deceased, Wolford Hartman was born in Germany August 11, 1846, and came to America when 12 years of age. He had been a resident of Jewell county for a good many years the last few years living in Burr Oak. He is survived by his wife who was Mrs. Sarah Brown when he was married to her in 1900 and also by six daughters and two sons by a former marriage in Iowa.
