Varnon, Eva Edith, 94, passed away Mar. 19, 2011. She was born to Charles Otis and Maude (Matthews) Shultz on Oct. 20, 1916 in Emory, Texas. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. today at Hillside East, 935 N. Hillside, Wichita. She is survived by daughter Claudette (Joe) Donaldson of Wichita, and grandsons Jimmy Varnon of Dallas, TX; Tony Varnon of New York, NY; and Larry Donaldson of Wichita. Services to be held at a later time in Emory, TX. Memorials may be sent to Sharon Baptist Church, 2221 S. Oliver, Wichita, KS 67218, where more information may be obtained about upcoming services.
