Funeral services for William Claude Henry, 80, Fort Worth resident who formerly lived at Olney, were conducted at 3 p. m. Wednesday at the Olney First Baptist Church, with Rev. Erwin Reed, pastor, officiating.
Henry, a retired farmer who died Monday night in Fort Worth, was born July 25. 1882, in Cooke County, Texas. He lived for 40 years at Elbert and for four years in Olney before moving to Fort Worth six years ago.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Carl Sipes of Olney and Mrs. T. B. Whitmire of Fort Worth; two brothers, I. J. Henry of Sumner, Texas, and Mason Henry of Washington; two sisters, Mrs. Roxey Collins of California and Mrs. Amy Jennings of Midland; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
