Helen is survived by her children, Marjorie Pruitt Sheehan, Katherine Haven, and Raymond Terhune; 12 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and sister, Hazel Morgason. Two sons, Timothy and Patrick Terhune; two sisters, Ruth Gray and Betty Ford;; and a brother, John Bates, preceded her in death.
