Dortha Kelsay, 75, Iberia, died April 22, 2001, at Capital Region Medical Center (Jefferson City, MO). She was born Oct. 18, 1925, in Rogers Ark., a daughter of Jerry and Gertrude Heggenbthal David. She was married in 1950 to Samuel Levi Kelsay, who survives at the home. A homemaker, she was a member of Hickory Point Baptist Church near Iberia.
Other survivors include: three brothers, Jerry David, Edgar David and Calvin David, all of Arkansas; four sisters, Julia Hines, Arkansas, Bonnie Mayfield, state of California, Louise Fine, Idaho, and Eva Birchfield, South Dakota.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Rekus Funeral Home, Iberia. The Rev. Ken Gray will officiate. Burial will be in Hickory Point Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. today.
