Requiem high mass for Estell Edward Sweitzer, 16, of Bracken County, who died early Friday morning at Hayswood Hospital from peritonitis which followed an operation for apendecitis, was sung Monday morning at St. Augustine's Catholic Church, Augusta, by Rev. Michael Tierney, pastor of the church. Interment followed in the Catholic cemetery at Washington.
Fellow students at St. Patrick's parochial school, Maysville, where the young man formerly attended school, were pallbearers. They were Edward Rubenacker, of Washington, Bernard Brisley, James Hickey, Louis Schwartz, Charles McHugh, and Milan Cullen.

Funeral services for Estell Edward Sweitzer, 16, who died early Friday morning at Hayswood Hospital from peritonitis which followed an operation for appendicitis perfomed last Saturday night, will be held at 8 o'clock at St. Augustine's Church in Augusta.
Requiem high mass for the young man will be sung by Rev. Michael Tierney, pastor of the church, and interment will follow in the Catholic cemetery at Washington.
The remains will lie in state at the Higgins & Slattery Funeral Home Sunday.

Estell Edward Sweitzer, 16, son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Sweitzer, who reside in Bracken county, near Dover, died Friday morning at 5 a.m. at Hayswood Hospital where he underwent an emergency operation for appendicitis late last Saturday night.
The youth formerly attended the parochial school in Maysville and had a number of young friends in this community who will be saddened by his untimely death.
Besides his parents, the deceased is survived by five brothers and one sister.
Interment will be made in the Washington Cemetery, probably Sunday afternoon, with the Rev. Michael Tierney of the Augusta parish officiating.
