Vivian was a lifelong resident of McAlester and enjoyed reading, sports and spending time with her family. She was a lifelong member of First Baptist Church in McAlester. She had been a manager at Komar for 32 years. She passed away at her home in McAlester at the age of 97. Survivors include three sons, John S. Gilbertson, Greenville, S.C., Richard J. Gilbertson, of Edmond, and Charles W. Gilbertson, of McAlester; three daughters-in-law; five grandchildren; two granddaughters-in-law and one grandson-in-law. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lawerence; parents, Jay and Minnie Clark; brother, Joel Niles Clark, and sister, Francis Shuter. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at First Baptist Church Chapel. Burial will be at Oak Hill Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Brumley-Mills Funeral Home of McAlester. Pallbearers will be Jimmy Williams, Richard Carswell, Tom Craig, Ronnie Compton, Larry Owens, Walter David Crow and Larry Don King.
