He was a Master Mechanical Technician in ERD at Halliburton for 36 years, retiring in 1986.
Earl was a member of the First Baptist Church, Duncan Coin Club and US Bowling Congress. He enjoyed golf, gardening and bowling and had bowled two "300" games and one "299" game.
Earl is survived by his wife Dottie of the home, a son, Gregory Scott Alexander of Grapevine, Texas, a daughter, Shelby Brooke Alexander and Rob Hill of Corpus Christi, Texas, two sisters-in-law: Jennifer Roush of Duncan and Margrette Alexander of Marlow, Okla., four grandchildren: Bailey Brooke Alexander, Maci Paige Alexander, Hayden Grant Hill and Hudson Brant Hill, one nephew and numerous nieces.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
