Abraham was a son of Frances (Hills) & John Bronson*. He married Anna (Hannah) Griswold on Sept. 2, 1674 in Lyme, CT. Their daughter, Elizabeth is our ancestor. Their other children were Abraham, Mary, Dorcus, Ann, Mercy, Sarah, Frances & John.
Abraham was commissioned a Lieutenant in 1678. He also was an administrator of the estate of Matthew Griswold, his father-in-law, and was involved in a legal dispute with his brother-in-law, Matthew Jr., who accused him of destroying family papers.

then to Brunson for those who went to South Carolina about 1700. This is
