Florence Marie Boring, 94, of Robinson died Thursday, Nov. 22, 2001, at St. Andrew's Village in Indiana. She was born Dec. 18, 1906 in Strongstown she was a daughter of Abraham L. and Martha A. Timmeney Boring. Mrs. Boring was a member of Evangelical United Methodist Church in Robinson, the Ladies Auxiliary of the Duane Boring VFW Post 9310 in Robinson and the Daughters of the American Revolution. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Frederick L. Boring; three brothers: Duane, Michael and Earl Boring; and five sisters: Beatrice Gibson, Marybelle Lear, Pauline Leary, Grace Howsare, and Hilda Rodkey. Friends will be received Sunday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Kenneth A. Stuart Funeral Home in New Florence, where a funeral service will be held Monday at 2 p.m.. The Rev. Dwayne Burfield will officiate. Interment will be in Germany Lutheran Cemetery.
