Services for Bettie Jo Cash, 76, of Lufkin, were held Saturday, Sept. 1, 2001 in the Gipson-Metcalf Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Garden of Memories Memorial Park.
Mrs. Cash was born April 17, 1925 in Green Forest, Arkansas, and died Tuesday, Aug. 28, 2001 at her residence.
She was a homemaker and mother. She was a member of Central Baptist Church. She had been a resident of Lufkin since 1994.
Survivors: sons, Billie C. Cash of Slidell, La., and Gary L. Cash of Pasadena, Texas; daughters, Bettie Jean Noland of Sliell, La, and Jo Ann Click of Sheridan, Ark; brother, Henry Lawrence of Shawnee, Okla; nine grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Cash was preceded in death by her husband, Billie Harper Cash, on May 3, 1997.
