Jessie Burr Crawford
Jessie Burr Crawford was born in Momence, Illinois Jan. 29, 1857 and died in Myrtle Point, Oregon, Nov. 14, 1916 at the age of 57 years 9 months and 16 days. She was the daughter of Rev. Samuel Printice Burr, a minister of the Methodist Episcopal church. She was married to Daniel W. Crawford at Oakland, Ill., Apr. 8, 1880. The husband died Aug. 29, 1888.
Mrs. Crawford was the mother of 3 children, 1 dying in infancy, 2 daughters survive her, Mrs. R.A. Annin and Miss Clara Crawford besides a niece, Vera Potter, also 3 grandchildren, Vivian, Crawford and Robert Annin of Myrtle Point. A nephew, Ben Crawford of Oregon, as well as a sister, Mrs. Lou J. Osborn, of Portland, Oregon, and a brother, C.F. Burr of Genesee, Idaho.
