Aunt Bettie was married to John "Jack" Dwight Hoots, Jr. on 6 March 1898 (also seen as 22 February) at the Buckeye Baptist Church in Mulberry, Lincoln Co., TN.

Her birthplace is found on records as both Fayetteville and "near Mulberry," both of which are, well, pretty close to one another.

Aunt Bettie's last living child passed away in April 2013. (It is possible the Hoots line is also in our family.)
