KENT EVERETT EAGLE WAS THE SON OF JAMES CARROLL AND TERRI MASTERS EAGLE.

HE MARRIED HELEN EDITH SHAFER ON 25 MAY 1935 IN JELLICO, CAMPBELL COUNTY, TENNESSEE. GOD BLESSED THIS MARRIAGE WITH FOUR CHILDREN: FRANCES, CAROLE, TEENA AND TERIE.

OBITUARY 16 DEC 1954:

KENT EAGLE RITES TO BE CONDUCTED FRIDAY AFTERNOON

Funeral services for Kent Eagle, age 46, who died Tuesday afternoon, will be held Friday at 2:00 p.m. at the First Christian Church with Rev. A. V. McConnell and Rev. William Hule officiating.

Interment will be in the Pine Hill Cemetery by the Hart Funeral Home.

Eagle was a yard clerk for the L&N for twenty-seven years and a member of the First Christian Church.

Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Edith Eagle; three daughters, Carole, Teena and Terie Eagle; parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. C. Eagle, all of Corbin; one brother, Dean, Louisville; two sisters, Mrs. H. T. Parker, Pardeeville, WI and Mrs. Van L. Moody of Chicago, IL.

Active pallbearers will be Alva Eagle, Bill Spangler, Phillip Masters, Matt Eagle, Charles Masters and George Tompkins.

Honorary pallbearers will be yard clerks of the L&N.

The body is at the home on Gentry Street.
