Mr. Poltevint has made Montgomery his home for the past three years and was a member of the Methodist church.
He is survived by his widow; two sons, Cecil and Robert Poitevint; seven daughters, Mrs. J. B. Maxey and Mrs. Marvin Dawkins, both of this city, Mrs. Herman Hardy, of Albany, Essie Jesse, Pauline and Daisy Bell Polievint, all of Montgomery.
Funeral services will take place from the residence, 14 Clisby Park this Saturday afternoon at 4 o'clock.
Rev. O. W. Williams, of the Fifth Avenue Methodist church will officiate. Interment Greenwood.
