Mrs. Mollie Ruth Anderson McCall - REIDSVILLE - Mrs. Mollie Ruth Anderson McCall, age 75, died Sunday at the Evans Memorial Hospital. The Collins Georgia native was the daughter of the late Charlie and Verona Anderson. Mrs. McCall was a graduate of Collins High School, Warren A Candler School of Nursing in Savannah Georgia and became a licensed funeral director in 1980. She married Frank McCall in 1958 and the two of them owned and operated several businesses in Tattnall County. Following her husband's death in 1982, Mrs. McCall continued to operate their family business, McCall Funeral Home in Reidsville for over 43 years until her retirement in 2001. Mrs. McCall was a member of the Reidsville United Methodist Church where she was a member of the Lillian Eason Sunday School Class and had served on the Administrative Board. She was a member of the Wesleyan Service Guild and the Grand Rascalettes. Mrs. McCall was awarded "Outstanding Georgia Citizen" by Secretary of State Cathy Cox in 2002. Surviving are a daughter,Francyne McCall and her fiancé, Frank Deloach of Reidsville; a son Frank McCall of Atlanta; her "adopted son" Tracy Joiner of Statesboro and his two children, Tyson and Tyler Joiner; a step son Dean McCall and his wife "Boots" of Bartlesville, OK; a brother, Jeff Anderson of Manassas; four step grandchildren, Kay Garrett, Amy Hoffer, Jay McCall and Jacob Deloach and four step great grandchildren. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Visitation will be Tuesday from 5:00pm until 8:00pm at Bradley B. Anderson Funeral Home in Reidsville. Funeral services will be Wednesday at 11:00am at the Reidsville United Methodist Church with Rev. Marc Foster and Rev. David Hudson officiating. Interment will be in the Reidsville City Cemetery. The family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Reidsville United Methodist Church Building Fund, 121 North Brazell St, Reidsville, Ga. 30453 or The Methodist Home for Children and Youth, P.O.
