M. Louise Lechleidner Seiple, 84, 895 Dimond St., died at 3:25 a.m. Wednesday (Nov. 29, 2000) at her home. Mrs. Seiple had been a cook at Cameron Hospital, Angola, from 1935-39. She was then employed as secretary of Sunday school literature at the United Brethren Publishing House in Huntington and later worked three years at a bakery in Huntington. She was a member of the College Park United Brethren Church, where she was active with the youth groups.

She was born May 23, 1916, in Angola to Hugh and Sylvia Richardson Campbell. She graduated from Metz School, Metz, in 1934. Her first marriage was to Willis Lechleidner, who died in 1964. Her second marriage was to H. Carlyle Seiple. He survives.

Also surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Gary (Beverly) Peppler, Howe; a stepdaughter, Mrs. James (Marilyn) Woods, Deming, N.M.; a son, Duane Seiple, New Haven; three brothers, Rev. Donnell Campbell, Adrian, Mich., Jim Campbell, Angola, and John Campbell, Fort Wayne; three sisters, Margaret Hagerty, Wauchula, Fla., Jessie Dove, Ashley, and Phyllis Horn, Athens, Tenn.; four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Robert Campbell and William Campbell; and a great-granddaughter.

Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the Hart Funeral Home, where funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday. Rev. Willard McKindley will officiate. Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Mt. Pleasant United Brethren Cemetery Chapel, Metz, with Rev. Willard McKindley officiating. Burial will follow at the Mt. Pleasant United Brethren Cemetery, Metz.
