She was born Dec. 21, 1914, in West Liberty, Ill., to James and Margaret Peneton Aldridge.
On Sept. 4, 1933, she married Dick Sanburn Sr., in Danville, Ill., and he died March 5, 2002.
Mrs. Sanburn was co-owner of Dick Sanburn Sporting Goods, retiring in 1979. She was a longtime member of Main Street United Methodist Church.
Surviving are a son, Dick Sanburn Jr. (wife: Myra); a daughter, Judy Himelick; and a sister, Betty Miller of Frankfort.
Also surviving are 9 grandchildren, Stacy Doerner, Indianapolis, Dick (Crystal) Sanburn III, Kokomo, George (Kim) Sanburn, Westfield, Angie Sanburn, Noblesville, Stephanie (Bill) Brutus, Kokomo, Nathan (Karen) Sanburn, Avon, Nicki (Brian) Alexander, Rocky Mount, Virginia, Johnna (Brad) Myers, Fishers, and Dean (Trudy) Himelick, South Bend; 23 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and 3 brothers, Ross, George and Eddie Aldridge.

The funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Sunset Memory Garden Funeral Home with Pastors Nancy Blevins and Harold Williams officiating. Entombment at Sunset Memory Garden Cemetery. Visiting hours are from 4 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home with an Eastern Star service at 7:30. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Main Street United Methodist Church or the VNS Hospice.
