Kinley W. Smith, 66 1315 Glass Street, died Friday at a hospital after a brief illness.
Mr Smith was born October 14, 1896 at Armour, SD, and came to Sioux City in 1905. He married Grace Workman March 9, 1918 in Sioux City. The couple lived five years in Chicago, returning to Sioux City in 1930.
Mr. Smith was assistant cashier of the Live Stock National Bank from 1930 to 1961, when he retired.
He was a member of Moose lodge 752, Legion of the Moose, and Morningside lodge 615.A F.& A.M.
Survivors include the widow; two brothers, Edward Q. of Los Angeles and John E. of Sioux City; and a sister, Mrs Elizabeth L Eybers of Sioux City.
The body was taken to the Winter funeral home.
