Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Johnson funeral Home, Effingham with burial in Arborcrest Memorial Park, Effingham.
Mr. Ashley was born Aug. 20, 1959, in Effingham, the son of Ronald and Shirley (Hiatt) Ashley. He married Cynthia Brooks in 1985.
He was an employee of Quebecor-Petty Co. of Effingham.
Survivors include his wife of Altamont; daughters, Brindy Ashley and Amanda Ashley, both of Altamont; father of Effingham; brother, Michael of Effingham; sisters, Peggy Funneman of Effingham and Marla Hewing of Montrose.
He was preceded in death by his mother and one sister.
