George Beeton, 73, died at his home in Ogden, Utah on Monday.
He had lived in Deweyville, Utah during the major part of his life where he was engaged in farming.
He was born on November 10, 1882 in Hooper, Utah, a son of William and Hannah Garner Beeton.
In 1946, he moved to Ogden, Utah where he was employed as a Maintenance Man at Bonneville Park.
He married Theresa Timmerman in Ogden, Utah on January 4, 1911 and she died in 1922.
Surviving are two daughters, Miss Violet Beeton, Ogden, Utah and Mrs Varian (Flora) Olsen, Wendel, California; two grandchilden; two sisters, Mrs Nora Bigler, Cutler Dam, Utah; and Mrs Chalotte Mikkelsen, Portland, Oregon.
Burial was held in the Deweyville Cemetery, Deweyville, Utah.
