BILLY ADREON
PONTIAC -- Billy D. Adreon, 55, of 910 Bell Ave. died at 10:36 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 20, 1998, at OSF St. James Hospital.
Born June 22, 1942, in Pontiac to Oakley Ivan and Blanche Evelyn Plowman Adreon, he married Sharon Johnson on Jan. 1, 1961, in Odell. She survives.
Also surviving are his father of Pontiac; one son, Troy of Fairbury; one sister, Lois Senter of Pontiac; and one brother, Wayne of Bullhead City, Ariz. He was preceded in death by his mother.
An Interlake Inc. employee for 28 years, he was a roll form operator and was a utility messenger for the last six years. He also was a custodian at Pontiac Public Library for eight years.
He was a member of the H.O.T. Stuff Organ Transplant Support Group.
He was a member of First United Methodist Church.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Harris-Martin-Burke Funeral Home. The Revs. Keith Anderson and Timothy Moats will officiate. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery in rural Pontiac.
Memorials may be made to the Kidney Foundation of Illinois or Liver Foundation Research.
