Saline – Mrs. Jessie E Williams, 73, died at her home here last Saturday, following a heart attack. She had just returned a few days before from a hospital, where she had spent some time as a result of a broken hip.
Funeral services were held at Carolina Cemetery with Rev Cecil H Venable of Ansley officiating.
Decease was born and raised in Bienville Parish, near Old Sparta, but had been a resident of Saline for 45 years. She is survived by one son, D. F. Williams, of Saline; three daughters, Mrs. Lois Watley of Natchitoches, Mrs. May Rasberry, of Hot Springs, Ark., and Mrs. Sue Annie Durbin, of Orange, Texas; two stepsons, Haywood D Williams of Alexandria, Virginia, and Talton T Williams of Camp Polk; one step daughter, Mrs. Marilla Domarski of Camden, Ark.; 14 grandchildren and three great grandchildren
