First born child of five children, & son of DVM Marnie Emerson Wesner (1888-1946) & Mabel Evelyn (Newlin) Wesner (1891-1939). His father was a Doctor of Veterinarian Medicine. He married Elva Mary Lay (1918-1968)on 26 June 1943 in St. Louis, Missouri. Elva is one of my 1st Cousins & is our connection to the Wesner's. Elva's parents are Herman Augustus Lay Sr. & Mary Anna (Peter) Lay. Max & Elva have one daughter and two sons. Max is a U.S. Army Officer Veteran and served during World War II. His last unit at his discharge was the 98th Division & his rank is 1st Lieutenent. I never met these Cousins to get to know them. I only have my Mom's memories of them & a few photos.

Max was apparently married twice. First to Elva, then to Lucille Edith Schelling. Whether he remarried after Elva died or they divorced I do not know. My inquires have gone unanswered. When I can find his parents, spouses & siblings I will do a Family Link.

If anyone has the documentation. I will gladly change or make any corrections to his memorial.
