Thore H. Thompson, died may 3, 1921 at the age of 91 years 8 months and 7 days, at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Hans E. Hilmo. He had been confined to his bed for 5 years and suffered considerably in those years. But he always had good patience waiting for the end of his troubles. He was married to Maria Peterson in 1860. In 1880 he immigrated to America and they lived in Wilson for 2 years and then they moved on a farm near Woodville, Wi., and lived there several years and later moved to Hersey and lived on a farm with Mr and Mrs Hans Hilmo ever since. He leaves his wife Maria, children: Peder, Christ,Henry,Louis,Martin and daughter Ingeborg to mourn the loss of a loving husband and father. He also leaves 30 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
