OLD SETTLER DEAD
Mrs. Julia Barnhart, one of the oldest residents of this county, died suddenly at her home near Dexter yesterday afternoon. She had just returned from a trip to town and went into the front room to lie down to rest, requesting that she be covered with a quilt. Soon after it was discovered that she was dead. She had been a resident of Cowley county since 1870.
