Herman Allison died on Monday last at the home of his daughter, 446 South Division street. In his 78th year. He had been in poor health for some time.
Mr. Allison was born in Peekskill, the son of Peter Allison and Sarah Van Wart.
He is survived by his wife, Susan, two daughters, Mrs. Amelia Baker, of Ossining, and Mrs. Edward Harer, of Peekskill. two sisters, Mrs. Elizabeth Deane, and Mrs. Abbie Denike, of Yonkers and one brother, beonard, of. Brock way, N. Y.
Funeral services were held from his | daughter's residence on Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock. The interment was at Hillside.
