Mass for Mrs. Ada E. Durkin, 68, of 207 N. Genesee st., Waukegan, a life-long resident of Waukegan who died Thursday in Lake Forest hospital, will be said at 9:30 a.m. Monday in St. Anastasia Catholic church, 635 Glen Flora av., Waukegan. She was the switchboard operator in the Lake county courthouse for 25 years before her retirement in November, 1961. Before that, she had owned and operated a beauty shop in Waukegan. Surviving are her son, Louis J.; eight grandchildren; four brothers, and two sisters.
