Harry Lee Criss, 82, of Portland, Ohio, died Wednesday, Nov. 21, 2001.He was born at Milo, the son of the late Noah and Elsie Duffield Criss. He was a member of the 7th Cavalry during World War II, serving 18 months in the Pacific as a heavy machine gunner. He retired from Republic Steel, Massillon, Ohio, and was a member of Massillon Baptist Temple. He attended Minnora Methodist Church and Stiversville Community Church. He was preceded in death by his wife of 58 years, Orma Siers Criss.
Services were held at Stump Funeral Home, Arnoldsburg. Burial was in Minnora Cemetery.
