Ms. Steen was born in Camden a daughter of Carolyn Outlaw Davis and the late Dalton Hunter Davis, Jr. Surviving are her mother, Bishopville, Son: Brian (Maggie Biviano) Steen, Irmo, daughter, Christin Charity (Shawn) Hoffman, Honolulu, Hawaii, grandchildren Cassidie, Grayson & Garrett Steen, West Columbia, Cheridynn & Brantley Hoffman, Honolulu, Hawaii, sisters, Cynthia Outlaw, Bishopville, Loretta Farmer, Sumter.
