Mrs. Luther died Tuesday, March 22, 2011 at her home.
She was born on Feb. 13, 1910, to Doc L. and Johnnie L. Brown Lawson in Lampasas County. On March 8, 1941, she married Claude E. Luther in Belton. She was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church of Salado. She had lived in Bell County most of her life. She was preceded in death by her husband.
Survivors include a son, Bobby G. Luther of Temple; a daughter, JoAnn Walker of Morgan's Point Resort; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
