an S.D.A. minister in the Ohio, Wisconsin,
Kentucky-Tennessee, Arkansas, Michigan,
and Northern New England conferences. He
was an army veteran of World War I. He was
the pastor of church visitation for Pioneer
Memorial Church in Berrien Springs from
1963 until his retirement.
Surviving are his widow, the former Alice
W. Bodin; 2 daughters, Ethlyn Connelly of
Lumberton, Miss., and Susan Smith of
Cincinnati, Ohio; 4 grandchildren; a brother,
George Perrine of Santa Cruz, Calif.; and a
sister, Viola Eyester of Mt. Vernon, Ohio.
Funeral services were conducted by Dr.
John A. Kroncke and all associate pastors of
the Pioneer Memorial Church at the Paul E.
Mayhew Funeral Home in Berrien Springs.
Burial was in Rose Hill Cemetery.
