After the attack he was taken to the offices of Dr. John L. Opfermann and ordered home. He then became ill and before Dr. Richard McCurdy of Atlantic Highlands arrived, Mr. Bush was dead.
Mr. Bush was born in England, and had come to the United States when he was a young boy. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Viola Parker Bush, three stepdaughters, all living in Highlands, and several relatives in England.
The funeral was held Tuesday at the late residence, with Rev. J. Hillman coffee, pastor of the Highlands Methodist church, officiating. Burial was in All Saints cemetery, Navesink, under the direction of the Posten funeral home.
