Guy Milton Hamlet was born 22 Aug 1886 in Lily Pond, Wright Co., MN, the son of Milton Tileston Hamlet and Emma Lucy Perry Hamlet. He married Hazel Bernice Chadbourne in 1913. At some point he moved to Salem, Oregon where he worked as a barber. He and Hazel had at least one child, daughter Maxine, born 7 March 1915 in Drain, Oregon. (Maxine Hamlet married Donald F. Mayfield in 1936 and resided in Oregon.) Guy Perry died 08 May 1920 in Minneapolis of tuberculosis. He is buried next to his parents.
