STANDRIDGE, MRS. DOROTHY MAE -- age 85, of Athens, died Wednesday evening in a Knoxville Hospital. She was a native of Murphy, N.C., a resident of McMinn County for 60 years and a member of East View Baptist Church. Survivors; son, Ondus Standridge, Athens; daughter, Mrs. Alene Buckner, Knoxville; 12 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Funeral service 2 p.m. Saturday in the chapel of Bordwine Funeral Home. Rev. Keith Wilson officiating. Interment will follow in Zion Hill Cemetery.
