Rona Belle Hall

Services for Rona Belle Hall, 93, of Anna, who died Friday at North Texas Medical Center, were held today at the First Baptist Church in Anna with the Revs. David Meeks and Mike Miller officiating. Burial was in Elm Grove Cemetery. Horn-Harris-Crouch-Belew Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

She was born July 7, 1898, in Rockdale, the dauhter of James Hanks and Jane Leola Hanks. She married Dudley William Hall Nov, 30, 1918, in a buggy near Rosemond Chapel. She was an active memeber of the First Baptist Church in Anna, teaching Vacation Bible School, the Ladies Quilting Class an dteaching Sunday School at Rosemond Chapel. She was a member of the Anna Home Extension Club for more than 65 years.

She is survived by two daughters and one son-in-law, Helen Cambbell of (next 3 or 4 lines are blacked out)

Peggy Ann Hall of Anna, Harold and Norma Jean Hall of Anna, and Craig and Peggy Hall of Oklahoma, 12 grandchldren, 25 great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, firends, and relatives.

She was preceded in death by her husband D. W. Hall in 1982, one son billy Jim Hall, one grandson, one great-grandson, two sisters, three brothers, and one son-in-law, Jack Campbell.

Pallbearers are the great-grandsons. Memorials in lieu of flowers may be made to the First Baptist Church in Anna.
