Legal Notice
SARAH FALOR; Thomas Caldwell, Margaret Caldwell, Joseph Falor, Noah Falor, Levi Falor, Andrew Falor, Isaac Falor, Urania Falor, Abraham Falor and John Coleman of Portage and state of Ohio; Solomon Falor of the county of Wood, Ohio, and Harriet Dickison, Alexander Dickison, Lonisa Dickison, John Dickison, Sarah Dickison and Wellington Dickison of the county of Summit, Ohio, will take notice that on the 27th day of November A. D. 1861, Nicholas Pero, and Emmeline Pero, his wife, and Adam Winkler, and Catherine Winkler, his wife, filed their petition against them in the Court of Common Pleas within and for the county of Portage and state of Ohio, which is now pending therein; wherein the said petitioners, as heirs at law of George Falor with said defendants, demand partition of the following real estate, of which the said George Falor, late of said county of Portage, died seized: situate and being in the township of Brimfield, county of Portage, and state of Ohio, being the whole of lot No. 65, in said township, containing two hundred acres of land. Also twenty-nine acres in lot 66, in said township, bounded south and east by lot lines, and north by a line commencing in the east line of the lot 21 chains and 85 links north of the south east corner of the lot; thence south 89 degrees and 30 minutes west 13 chains and 37 to a post; thence south by a parallel line with the east line of the lot to the south line of the lot. Also, eleven acres in lot No. 64, in said township of Brimfield, off the west end of the north half, bounded on the north and west by the lot lines, on the south by land of Whistler's heirs, and on the west by a line drawn parallel with the west line and far enough therefrom to include eleven acres of land.--Also, two acres and ten rods of land in the township of Suffield, in said county Portage, also being in lot No. 46, in said township, and bounded by beginning at the south-west corner of land formerly owned by William Parker, at the centre of the highway leading east from Mogadore; thence north along the east line of said land formerly owned by said Parker, to the south line of the land formerly owned by Samuel Ferguson, (now deceased); thence east along said south line to the north-east corner of land owned by Levi White; thence south along the west line of said White's land to the centre of said road leading from Mogadore east; thence west along the centre of said road to the place of beginning--subject to legal highways--making the whole quantity in the four pieces herein described 242 acres and 10 rods of land. The defendants are further notified that at the next term of said Court, commencing on the 10th day of February, A. D. 1861, application will be made by said petitioners for an order that partition may be made of said premises.
