Susanna RUSK b. 2 Feb 1814, Perry Co., OH. Daughter of John P. RUSK [1782-1873] & Elizabeth CULVER [1788-aft 1870]. She married #1, Jacob M. SMITH [1800-1868], 22 Sep 1831 in Morgan Co., OH. 9 children were born to this union. Sometime after June 1860, Jacob & Susanna moved to Fairfield Co., OH. After Jacob died, Susanna married 15 March 1870, Fairfield Co. OH, #2, Noah Webster BEERY [1806-1888-note the spelling]. Susanna and Noah resided in Platte, Co., Missouri, until the death of Noah. By 1895, Susanna was residing in Ottumwa, Wapello Co., Iowa with her son-in-law, Alexander WOLFE [1849-1930] & daughter, Mary Elizabeth SMITH WOLFE [1846-1927]. By 1900, these 3 folks were residents of DesMoines Twp., VanBuren Co., Iowa. Sometime after the death and burial of Susanna RUSK BERRY [BEERY], Alexander & Mary Elizabeth RUSK WOLFE moved on to Missouri. They are both buried in Iberia Cemetery, Iberia, Miller Co., MO.
