On March 7, 1875 she was united in marriage to Lorenzo Kiser at Dixon, Illinois.

In 1878 they moved to Nebraska where they lived until 1908 when they moved to Tustin, California. To this union six children were born. All of whom remain to mourn her death. Lucy B Pilgrim of San Onofre, Olive M Bose of Santa Ana, Edwin L. Harry T, Dudley C and John R, live in Tustin.
