Gress, Rosemarie Clune (Flohre), age, resident of Dayton, passed away Monday, March 6, 2000. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Albert Clune; four brothers, Jerry, Dick, Bob, and Kenny; and one sister, Thelma Fortnener. She is survived by her second husband, Richard Gress; three daughters and sons-in-law, Joanne & Jim Robinson of Shalimar, FL, Sharon & Harold Burns of Attica, IN, and Beverly & Jim Foley of Dayton; one son and daughter-in-law, Larry & Polly Clune of Dayton; one brother and sister-in-law, Walt & Rita Flohre; two sisters Jan Smith and Lucille Elliott Ludy; 11 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; four step-sons and spouses, Dr. James Gress of Toledo, OH, Michael & Eva Gress of San Jose, CA, Charles Gress of Dayton, and William & Brenda Gress of Dayton; five step daughters and spouses, Nancy Berardi of Kettering, Mary & Richard Bunner of Vandalia, OH, Lynne & Ken Willis of Woodstock, GA, Kathleen & Mike Gassett of Commerce, GA, and Karn & Chris Machow of Centerville; 18 step grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and friends. Prayers will be held 9:30 AM at the Tobias Funeral Home, Belmont Chapel, 648 Watervliet Ave. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM Friday, March 10, 2000 at St. Anthony's Church, 820 Bowen Street. Celebrant Father Thomas Shearer. Interment Calvary Cemetery. The family will receive visitors 5 to 8 PM Thursday at the funeral home. Donations may be made to either St. Anthony's Adopt a Student Program, 820 Bowen Street, Dayton, OH 45410, or to the Dayton Area Heart Association, 120 Zeigler Street, Dayton, OH 45402.
