Wildenhaus, Linus U., age 71, of Dayton, Oh., died Friday p.m. at St. Elizabeth. He retired from Borden Ice Cream Co. He was a member of the 25 Year Club at Borden and an active member of St. Mary's as a Euchuristic Minister, also a member of the Knights of St. John's Commandery No. 131, Past President of Cincinnati's Commandery and Grand Colonel. An active member of the Volunteer Club at St. Leonard's he was preceded in death by his wife Leona in 1978 and 1 grandchild in 1982. He was survived by his daughters Sister Rose Helene CPPs, Mrs. Ronald (Elaine) Clingman, Connie Wildenhaus all of Dayton; Mrs. David (Pat) Nellis of Midland, Mich., sons Tom Wildenhaus of Jackson, Mich., Robert Wildenhaus of Tiffin, Oh. And Edward Wildenhaus of Dayton; 2 sisters Mrs. Richard (Peggy) Davis and Mrs. Preston (Ann) Baker both of Florida and a brother Louis Wildenhaus of Dayton and 13 grandchildren. Prayers will be Monday 10:30 a.m. Meyer & Boehmer Funeral Home at 1733 Brown St. Mass of Christian Burial 11:00 at St. Mary's. Burial will be held at Calvary Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home Sunday 4-6 and 7-9 p.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions will be made to the Leukemia Foundation.
