Philip A. Little, Sr., 62, died Sunday March 6, 2011 at his home in Wiscasset. He was born July 23, 1948 in Boothbay Harbor to Lawrence and Abbie Lowery Little. He grew up on Barter's Island and attended local schools. He was a fisherman, mainly for scallops. He also worked as a carpenter and as a mason.
He enjoyed camping, and hanging out with his close friends, the Giles family. He also enjoyed his solitude.
He is predeceased by his brother, Daniel Little and father, Lawrence Little.
He is survived by his mother, Abbie Barter of Wiscasset; Son: Philip A. "P.J." Little; Sisters: Elizabeth Dobson of Jefferson, Pauline Brewer of Wiscasset; Brother: Stanley Barter of Boothbay; Nieces and nephews and Grandchildren.
